At KARNE HEALTHCARE, we are committed to delivering safe, high-quality, and effective pharmaceutical products to our customers. Due to the sensitive nature of medicines and healthcare products, our refund and return policy follows strict regulatory and quality guidelines.

1. General Policy

  • All sales of pharmaceutical products are considered final once delivered.

  • Refunds or returns are permitted only under specific conditions outlined below, in compliance with the Drugs & Cosmetics Act, 1940 and applicable regulatory requirements.

2. Eligibility for Refund

A refund or replacement will be processed only if:

  • The product delivered is damaged, defective, or expired at the time of delivery.

  • There is a mismatch in product supplied (wrong medicine, dosage form, or quantity).

  • The product is recalled by the manufacturer or regulatory authorities.

3. Non-Refundable Items

Refunds/returns will not be allowed in the following cases:

  • Opened or partially used medicines.

  • Products without original packaging or damaged secondary packaging.

  • Products stored improperly by the customer (e.g., temperature-sensitive medicines kept outside prescribed storage conditions).

  • Medicines purchased under special discounts, promotional offers, or bulk orders, unless defective.

  • Prescription medicines returned without valid proof of purchase and prescription.

4. Procedure for Refund

Customers must raise a request for refund/return within 7 days of delivery by contacting our Customer Support Team at support@karnehealthcare.in.

  • Proof of purchase (invoice/bill) and, if applicable, images of the damaged/defective product must be shared.

  • Upon verification, the company will arrange for a product pickup (if required).

  • After quality inspection, refunds will be initiated to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

5. Replacement Option

Wherever possible, we may offer a replacement product instead of a refund, subject to availability and regulatory clearance.

6. Governing Law

This policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India and relevant pharmaceutical regulatory guidelines.
